Aspen Food & Wine Classic took place last weekend June 15-17 and I wish I could have been there to sip the fabulous Gloria Ferrer Va de Vi, taste the creations of pastry chef Johnny Iuzzini, dance to Elvis Costello and breath the pure air of such a beautiful Colorado landscape.
